The quality of this countertop water filter is absolutely top notch. The stainless steel is high quality and polished to a mirror finish. It's comparable to the quality of the Berkey filters. I also like the addition of the water level window so you can easily see exactly how much water is in there unlike the Berkey filters which lacks one.
